Sold my mother-in-laws house .. as is. These guys are honest about the service they provide, they find flippers and resell the home to them. They try to find the flippers while the title company is working on the closing. There are requests to show the property to interested parties during the time the title company is working on the sale. But all of this is in the contract you sign. They were fair on the price. No surprises. If I was in a similar situation I would use them again.
